Integrated Circuits and IP Blocks Design

AlphaCHIP engineers have huge experience of development of the application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) as well as analog and analog-digital blocks for various processes. Among them:
  • BiCMOS 100V, 0.5um with pn-junction isolation;
  • BiCMOS 40V, 0.28um with groove isolation;
  • CMOS 5V, 0.18um and CMOS 3V, 0.09um with pn-junction isolation processes have been used.

Development of High-frequency IC and IP Blocks

Our team has more than 15 year experience to design the integrated circuits with high-frequency (HF) input and output sections. Experience to combine HF blocks with digital elements in one chip is the good precondition for cooperation in the field of complex systems on chip development. Both CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, including Si-Ge, can be used for project design. The team can develop such IP blocks as:
